Job summary

Invited is seeking a Beverage Manager to direct all beverage operations across the club, including wine, beer, and cocktails, inventory control, and staff training to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B Director on menus and events, maintain standards and safety, and lead budgeting and cost control while developing engaging beverage programs.

Qualifications

• College degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
• 3+ years in a leadership role in club/hospitality.
• 2+ years experience in wine industry.
• CMS1 Sommelier Certificate.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory of wine, beer, liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages with proper rotation.
• Collaborate on menu development and beverage pairings for events.
• Create cocktail, beer, and wine menus using seasonal ingredients.
• Ensure staff are trained in beverage service and safety standards.
• Manage bar and dining room staff scheduling and performance reviews.
• Lead beverage program budgeting and cost control.
