Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years in wind turbine blade services or related industries.
• At least 5 years leading multi-project field operations and teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct all blade services operations including inspection, repair, and maintenance.
• Establish plans, performance metrics, and staffing standards for blade services.
• Oversee field supervisors, project managers, and technicians across regions.
• Coordinate resources to maximize workforce utilization and efficiency.
• Drive safety culture, risk management, and compliance with OSHA and standards.
• Support proposals, pricing, scope development, and client relations.
