Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, White Space Design to lead the design of white space infrastructure across our data center portfolio. You will own the White Space Basis of Design and review layouts, power distribution, and cooling configurations to ensure scalable and constructable solutions.

You will manage internal and external design resources, collaborate with construction and operations teams, and ensure designs are deployment‑ready across global facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 15+ years in data center design or white space leadership.
• Experience with data center white space infrastructure systems (PDUs, RPPs, busways, branch circuits, hot aisle containment).
• Experience as consulting engineer/owner’s rep overseeing third‑party design consultants.
• Knowledge of low voltage infrastructure: cabling, ladder rack, cable tray, overhead conveyance.
• Ability to review drawings, RFIs, submittals and design changes.
• Hands‑on with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Asana, Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with TIA‑942, BICSI, ASHRAE, NFPA, Uptime Institute.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of white space infrastructure across CoreWeave’s data center portfolio.
• Own development and administration of the White Space Basis of Design.
• Perform technical reviews of infrastructure layouts, power distribution, and cooling configurations.
• Manage internal and external design resources, including consultants.
• Collaborate daily with construction and operations teams to ensure scalable and hand‑off ready designs.
