CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, White Space Design to lead the design of white space infrastructure across our data center portfolio. You will own the White Space Basis of Design and review layouts, power distribution, and cooling configurations to ensure scalable and constructable solutions.
You will manage internal and external design resources, collaborate with construction and operations teams, and ensure designs are deployment‑ready across global facilities.

The Data Center Design team is the technical engineering team responsible for the architectural and infrastructure design standards across CoreWeave's global portfolio, ensuring facilities are highly scalable, efficient, and optimized to support next‑generation, high‑density compute workloads.
The Senior Manager, White Space Design leads the design of white space infrastructure and fit‑out across CoreWeave’s expanding data center portfolio. You will own the development and administration of the White Space Basis of Design while performing comprehensive technical reviews of infrastructure layouts, power distribution, and cooling configurations. You will act as both a hands‑on technical expert and a manager of internal and external design resources, including third‑party consultants. Additionally, you will collaborate daily with cross‑functional construction and operations teams to ensure all designs are scalable, constructable, and seamlessly handed off for deployment.
The base salary range for this role is $177,000 to $237,000. Compensation is determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
