Bio-Rad Laboratories seeks a senior Web Production leader who will guide Web Content, UX Design & Research, and Front-End Development to bring Bio-Rad’s digital experiences to life across bio-rad.com and MyBio-Rad. Reporting to the Head of eBusiness, you will oversee the production system’s quality, throughput, and operational health.

You will build and coach managers, design an operating model, translate roadmaps into launched work with product owners, ensure SEO, accessibility, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategy development and execution experience.
• Proven ability to build and run intake, capacity planning, prioritization for shared-services teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive storytelling across IT, Marketing, and Commercial.
• Deep web platform knowledge incl. CMS, eCommerce, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with privacy, accessibility, and digital governance standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead Web Content, UX Design & Research, and Front-End Development teams.
• Own the production engine and ensure quality, throughput, and operational health for bio-rad.com and MyBio-Rad.
• Design and run the operating model, intake, prioritization, and capacity planning for shared-services.
• Translate roadmap decisions into launched work with Product Owners and eCommerce Director.
• Uphold standards across SEO/AEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals; ensure regulatory compliance.
