Reporting to the Head of eBusiness, you’ll partner with Product Owners, establish SEO, accessibility, and performance standards, and drive continuous improvement in digital workflows from request to launch, while

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy development and execution.
• Production operating model expertise with intake, capacity planning, prioritization, and throughput measurement.
• Executive presence with cross-functional influence across IT, Marketing, and Commercial.
• Deep web platform knowledge with privacy, accessibility, and digital governance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow the managers behind Web Content, UX Design & Research, and Front-End Development.
• Design and run the operating model, intake, prioritization, and capacity planning for shared-services.
• Partner with Product Owners and eCommerce Director to translate roadmaps into launched work.
• Establish and uphold standards across SEO, content, design, testing, and site performance.
• Define production KPIs and modernize tooling, automation, and vendor partnerships.
