Qualifications

• 14–16 years of professional editing experience in B2B science, healthcare, or technology.
• Proven leadership of distributed teams.
• Ability to translate business objectives into editorial strategy.
• Polished, executive-level communication.
• Experience aligning content with SEO, ABM, and demand-gen goals.

Responsibilities

• Create and socialize multi-year narrative frameworks and voice guidelines for Bio-Rad’s messaging across regions and channels.
• Guide campaign and product messaging from concept to execution for marquee campaigns.
• Align content strategy with SEO, ABM, and demand-gen goals to drive measurable outcomes.
• Mentor senior writers and people leaders, building succession pipelines.
• Partner with Legal, Regulatory, and brand ambassadors to uphold governance and quality.
