Greystar is seeking a Director of Web Platform Engineering to lead the Sitecore-based web ecosystem, guiding technical direction for greystar.com and related platforms. You will partner with product to shape priorities, while remaining hands-on in architecture, reviews, and development.

The role requires deep Sitecore AI expertise, modern frontend patterns, and strong leadership to build a cross-functional, high-performing team across global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of web platform or CMS engineering experience with hands-on work.
• Strong frontend architecture knowledge in headless setups.
• Deep experience with Sitecore AI and modern search tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own technical direction for Greystar's web platform and align with product roadmap.
• Lead, coach, and grow the engineering team with hands-on architectural thinking.
• Oversee platform search, personalization, testing, and content delivery.
• Collaborate with data, CI, and AI teams across the organization.
