Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to modernize and scale digital experience platforms using Sitecore, React, and Next.js in a full-time Dallas role. Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Sitecore (version 10 or newer preferred).
• 5+ years of experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with headless Sitecore implementations.
• Experience with Next.js frontend framework.
• Expertise in integrating search solutions such as Coveo or Sitecore Search.
• Experience with Sitecore CDP, Personalize, and Content Hub.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, APIM).
• Proficiency in .NET Core and API-driven development (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Git and scripting tools like Bash or PowerShell.
