• Complete charge of supervision and administration of all technical engineering work involved in the operation, design, maintenance, construction of water and sewer facilities, including operations, equipment, and/or structure.
• Directing and supervising major projects in the plants, providing technical supervision and guidance on projects interfacing with contractors and government officials on regulations, procedures and requirements.
