Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Warehousing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, and Inventory Systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data management; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for daily transportation and pulling operations.
• Ensure routes are planned, staffed, dispatched, and completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with Routing, Inventory, and Programs teams to optimize product flow.
• Coach and develop supervisors, drivers, and pullers; monitor KPIs.
