Qualifications

• 5+ years in a management capacity required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a project charter and manage design and implementation plans.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and capital equipment needs.
• Coordinate supplier specifications and contract execution.
• Direct internal and external resources for design and construction.
• Prepare progress reports and manage cross-functional alignment.
• Travel up to 75% as needed.
