Dandy is seeking a Senior Manager of Visual Design to lead and elevate its graphic design team and visual identity. You will provide art direction, feedback, and quality standards while building scalable design systems that empower a global brand.

As a leader, you will influence cross‑functional and executive stakeholders, shape campaigns, events, product marketing, and performance channels, and drive the team’s craft with a hands‑on, strategic approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in visual design with leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading multiple designers and raising creative standards.
• Portfolio showing integrated, multi-channel campaigns and scalable brand systems.

Responsibilities

• Set visual standards across channels and touchpoints.
• Lead, develop, and manage a design team of 3+ designers.
• Evolve scalable design systems and governance for global markets.
• Oversee creative output across marketing channels and initiatives.
• Own resourcing and agency/freelancer relationships.
