Job summary

Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc. in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead operations for a growing portfolio of 200–500+ vacation rental homes.

You will supervise housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, homeowner services, and administrative functions on-site in Lowell, AR. This role emphasizes building teams, improving processes, and driving results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with relocation assistance and a strong compensation package

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience within vacation rental management, hospitality, or property operations.
• Experience managing portfolios of 200-500+ vacation rental homes.
• Deep expertise in maintenance, housekeeping, and homeowner services operations.
• Experience managing a mix of employees, contractors, vendors, and offshore teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasting.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of 200-500+ vacation rental homes throughout Northwest Arkansas.
• Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, homeowner services, and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and profitability.
• Manage local employees, offshore teams, and vendor partners while fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Support growth initiatives and help execute the company's long-term vision.
