Job summary

Crum & Forster is seeking a Construction Operations Leader to drive operational performance across cost, quality, speed, service and data integrity for the profit center's book of business.

The role requires 10+ years in insurance operations with at least 3 years in leadership, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent; CPCU/AIC or similar credentials preferred. You will lead teams, manage budgeting and headcount, and partner with underwriting and shared services to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of insurance operations experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with budget and headcount responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• CPCU, AIC, or similar designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead profit center support operations including staffing, systems, and vendor spend.
• Oversee origination and servicing activities across the book of business.
• Partner with underwriting and service teams to meet SLAs.
• Lead, coach, and develop Account Managers, Underwriting Assistants, and Analysts.
• Promote data accuracy and maintain process documentation.
