Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering or relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience overseeing operations at a physical site.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to change.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction operations across tunneling projects.
• Oversee supply chain, trucking/assets, and logistics for material flow.
• Direct welding, fabrication, and specialty trades for tunnel segments.
• Build and manage multi-disciplinary construction teams on site.
• Identify and mitigate on-site technical and operational issues.
• Coordinate with officials and contractors to stay compliant with codes.
• Identify weak points across systems and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams on site designs as it scales.
• Plan for evolving site with operational and technological updates.
• Decide optimal internal vs outsourced approaches for work.

Education
