Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Transportation Operations Lead to manage domestic planning and execution across suppliers, co-packers, DCs, and facilities. You will drive service levels while controlling costs and partnering with supply chain, customer service, S&OP, and carrier partners.

You will lead a team, leverage Oracle Transportation Management, and implement scalable SOPs to improve efficiency and performance. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience leading and coaching teams.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle Transportation Management preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation modes, metrics, and rate structures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel up to 10% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transportation Operations Planning team to deliver service, cost, and productivity objectives.
• Collaborate with Transportation Procurement and Logistics Operations to develop strategies.
• Work with Customer Service and S&OP on service performance and cost reduction.
• Build carrier relationships and manage carrier scorecards.
• Recruit, train, and develop planning team members.
• Utilize Oracle Transportation Management for analytics and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for scalable processes.
• Identify projects to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Analyze metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Provide recommendations on carrier utilization and rate optimization.
