Job summary

Rand Mutual - RMA is seeking a Head of Transformation to lead our enterprise-wide transformation, B-BBEE and social impact strategy. You will govern performance across scorecard elements and oversee governance, planning, budgeting, reporting, verification readiness and leadership of the Transformation, Bursary and CSI teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and postgraduate studies are preferred.
Extensive transformation and B-BBEE expertise is required.
Proven ability to lead governance, budgeting and reporting.
Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for enterprise transformation and social impact initiatives.
Oversee B-BBEE scorecard elements including governance readiness and reporting.
Lead SED, CSI and social impact portfolio design, funding and evaluation.
Drive enterprise and supplier development and inclusive procurement goals.
Coordinate ownership and employment equity enablement and risk management.
