Job summary

Hartford Athletic is hiring a Director of Ticketing & Fan Growth to drive demand strategy, grow paid attendance, and lead a sales team across memberships, group sales, and premium seating. You will shape fan experiences and segment audiences from youth families to community groups, aligning products with market demand.

The role blends strategy, leadership, and marketing to exceed revenue targets while ensuring exceptional fan engagement across Connecticut’s premier soccer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in progressive sales roles, preferably sports-related.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
• Experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Account Executives and ticket operations staff.
• Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics with leadership.
• Own all ticket revenue strategies including memberships and group sales.
• Forecast sales and manage departmental budgets.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and audience targeting.
• Manage CRM (HubSpot) and ticketing (SeatGeek) platforms.
• Oversee game day operations and premium seating experiences.
