NBCUniversal seeks a VP of Development & Delivery to provide strategic oversight of destination and design development, including major attractions, CityWalk, hotels, and entertainment venues. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
• 15+ years of experience in the resort design and development of Entertainment or Hospitality based projects; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience leading a Team through large complex attraction and resort projects from beginning to the end.
• 15+ years of experience managing and negotiating with external vendors and partnerships including Architects, Engineers, Graphic Designers, Construction, etc.
• 15+ years’ experience in the development and management of major projects with hospitality/entertainment/theme parks.
• Proven ability to present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
• Influences decisions with tact & diplomacy to obtain the best outcome and maintain goodwill.
• Partners with HR, Finance, Operations and Legal to resolve issues and plan for the workforce and investments.

• Oversee procurement, selection, contracting and performance of contractors and vendors.
• Ensure designs meet Universal’s quality and safety standards and lead handoffs to operations.

• Manage budgets, schedules, and progress reporting to executives and partners to achieve targets.
• Foster strong connections with clients, partners, and stakeholders for successful outcomes.
