Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a senior textile design leader to drive color, print and pattern identity for the brand.

You will develop seasonal print concepts using CAD to create repeats, colorways, and scale variations of both purchased and original artwork, partnering closely with the design team to achieve iconic concepts. Lead CAD Textile Designers and Associate Designers, maintain prints and yarn dyes in CAD across multiple colorways and sizes, and guide the team to meet deadlines and production

Qualifications

• Expert CAD/textile design knowledge and colorway creation.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of product development from concept to finished textiles.

Responsibilities

• Create seasonal print concepts and build on-brand patterns.
• Collaborate with concept team to deliver color palettes.
• Lead CAD Textile Designers and Associate Designers.
• Maintain CAD prints and yarn dye colorways across sizes and colorways.
• Provide strategy for seasonal color/print trends and boards.
