Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Senior CAD Textile Designer to drive the development of male color, print and pattern identity. You will develop seasonal print concepts using CAD to create repeats, colorways, and scale variations for purchased and original artwork.

The role requires partnering with the design team to capture the brand aesthetic for iconic concepts. You will lead and mentor CAD Textile Designers, ensure CAD prints are maintained across colorways, and guide strategic color/print direction

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of CAD systems/software/printers (NedGraphics; Illustrator; Photoshop)
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Experience with print and textile designs and color matching creation of colorways
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Understanding of product development from concept to finished design

Responsibilities

• Create seasonal print concepts and build out print/yarn dye/embroidery pattern stories on brand
• Lead CAD Textile Designers and Associate Designers to build a strong team
• Maintain prints and yarn dyes in CAD with multiple colorways and sizes
• Collaborate with concept team to deliver color palettes and brand-aligned outputs
• Oversee artwork packages that meet production standards and business needs
• Set policies and strategic direction for the team and projects
