Job summary

Qualtrics seeks a Senior Manager of Product Management for Location CX, leading the frontline product suite and defining strategy to scale location-based services across hospitality, retail, and QSR verticals.

You will coach a team of PMs, work across legal, privacy, and GTM, and drive a product-led culture with strong AI integration to accelerate outcomes. This role offers a hybrid model with Seattle-office days.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management with leadership of other PMs.
• Ability to identify and execute end-to-end product strategy.
• Experience driving organizational change and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the Location CX product strategy and roadmap including frontline apps and data insights.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and product scientists.
• Collaborate with platform, GTM, Ops andLegal teams to justify and trade off initiatives.
• Incorporate AI tools into product development and measurement of outcomes.
