Keytronic Corporation is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to provide leadership and direction for day-to-day activities of the Test Engineering team. You will support engineers to maximize effectiveness and act as a project leader, managing budgets and workload distribution across the group.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and proven leadership. You will interface with customers and cross-functional teams across sites, contributing to a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years as manufacturing/test engineer.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts and statistics.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret technical instructions and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop goals for the team and individuals aligned with company goals.
• Supervise and assign projects, coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate NPI processes and ensure seamless site transfers.
• Review quotes for new production models and coordinate design reviews.
• Oversee development activities and scheduling for the manufacturing engineering team.
• Develop and manage tactical and strategic plans for manufacturing technical roadmaps.
• Maintain design for manufacturability rules and guidelines.
