Young Brothers seeks a Manager of Terminal Safety to direct safety, health, quality and environmental policies within our Honolulu terminal operations. The role oversees audits, incident investigations, training, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating with regional safety committees and management.

The position requires experience in marine transportation safety, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced port environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or engineering or related field preferred.
• CSP certification or equivalent experience may substitute for formal education.
• Experience in marine transportation safety is required.

Responsabilités

• Directs and manages safety, health, environmental and quality compliance in Terminal Operations.
• Develops annual safety plans and conducts field audits and training.
• Leads incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Maintains safety statistics, reporting and compliance with OSHA/USCG regulations.
