Chewy is seeking experienced veterinarians to deliver high-quality virtual care to pet families across the United States. You will conduct video consultations, provide medical guidance, and help expand access to veterinary care from your home.

This remote role requires a DVM/VMD, active license, 3+ years small animal experience, and comfort with technology. Multi-state licensure is a plus; you’ll join a growing telemedicine team focused on compassionate pet care.

Qualifications

• Active veterinary license in good standing (multi-state a plus).
• 3+ years small animal experience.
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills.
• Comfortable with technology and virtual care platforms.
• Quiet, reliable workspace + high‑speed internet.
• Acquire and maintain licensure in good standing in states where telemedicine is provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with pet parents.
• Assess, diagnose, and guide treatment when appropriate.
• Educate and support pet parents through telemedicine.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure compliance with telemedicine and VCPR regulations.
