This onsite role blends strategic architecture with hands-on leadership, overseeing MSP, Federal Consulting, and NG9-1-1 test lab lines of business while growing a high-performance engineering team.

Qualifications

Telecommunications expertise required.
Strong background in secure voice telephony.
Knowledge of IP networking, VoIP, and cybersecurity.
Familiarity with NG9-1-1, emergency communications and public safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Bridge strategy and execution: translate company goals into engineering roadmaps and drive deployment.
Executive partnership: work with leadership to turn business requirements into technical plans.
Operational oversight: lead daily engineering operations with a focus on resource optimization, milestones and budgets.
Security leadership: oversee cybersecurity efforts to harden mission-critical platforms against threats.
