Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Telecommunication Foreman to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

The role entails leading the installation and integration of telecom cabling and equipment across diverse facilities, following plans, codes, and standards. Candidates must hold active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, have a BICSI certification, and possess 8+ years of telecom experience in complex markets including Federal & Government facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of telecommunications installation and oversight experience.
• Experience with OSP/ISP, CCTV, DAS, fiber and structured cabling.
• BICSI certification required at minimum Installer 1 for copper.

Responsibilities

• Install and document telecom cabling and equipment per plans and codes.
• Read plans and blueprints; ensure safe, quality installation.
• Lead field crews; coordinate with engineers and project managers.
• Travel to multiple job sites; ensure compliance and safety standards.
