You will lead a large, hybrid IT organization, ensuring secure, scalable systems and architecture while aligning technology initiatives with growth, customer outcomes, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior technology leadership experience within financial services or insurance.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and large-scale program delivery.
• Strong knowledge of data, AI, and modern architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and technology investments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the technology strategy for Individual Retirement.
• Lead the retirement IT team to deliver large, mission-critical projects.
