This hands-on role partners with executive leadership to fund growth, manage risk, and ensure sustainable operations in a multi-entity healthcare platform. You will oversee budgeting, revenue cycle, and controls, while building strong finance teams and dashboards to support clinical and administrative leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience as Director of Finance, VP of Finance, or CFO in a healthcare setting.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, revenue cycle management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel; CPA/MBA preferred.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership on financial strategy and capital allocation.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning for multiple entities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and close processes.
• Manage accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll and compliance.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, HIPAA, regulatory reporting, and risk management.
