Zusammenfassung

EVgo, a leader in public fast charging networks, seeks an experienced accounting executive to own technical accounting and SOX compliance. You will guide GAAP interpretation, advise the CAO and Board, and oversee risk-based testing across the SOX 404 program.

The role requires CPA with 15+ years in US GAAP, public company experience, and leadership of accounting teams. Travel up to 25% is anticipated.

Qualifikationen

• CPA required with 15+ years of related experience.
• Extensive US GAAP and SOX 404 experience.
• Experience leading SOX programs at public companies.
• Proficiency using AuditBoard, Workiva or NetSuite.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Define long-range strategy and operating model for technical accounting and compliance functions.
• Advise the CAO, Audit Committee, and Board on complex accounting and control matters.
• Own the end-to-end SOX 404 compliance program, including risk assessment and testing.
• Lead technical accounting research and serve as the internal authority on GAAP questions.
• Manage and develop the technical accounting and compliance teams through subordinate managers.
• Partner with external auditors and regulators to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
