Job description

Position Summary

RedBull New York is seeking an experienced leader to serve as Head of Team Operations. This role reports to the Sporting Director and provides strategic oversight of operations across the club’s professional teams, ensuring the First Team and Second Team are fully supported in all operational areas. This role directly manages Team Operations, Administration, Player Care and Equipment.

Working closely with Coaching, Scouting, Player Personnel, Medical, and Academy Pro Pathway, this role is responsible for establishing clear standards, aligning operations with RedBull culture and standards, ensuring resources are organized effectively to support Club objectives.
