Qualifications

• Five or more years in recruiting, including engineers and GTM roles at small companies.
• WFamiliar with creating fair, fast hiring processes.
• Strong writing and candidate experience skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for all open roles across location and hubs.
• Build pipelines for recurring roles like Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists.
• Run fast, honest, and consistent hiring processes and hold managers accountable.
• Set up onboarding, benefits, payroll operations with outsourced accountants, and review cycles.
• Be the point of contact for people issues and resolve them directly.
