Job summary

Summit Healthcare Mgmt in Franklin, Tennessee, is seeking an AVP of Talent Acquisition to lead and optimize Summit's TA function, attracting, hiring, and retaining high-performing talent across multiple sites and service lines.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the role drives recruitment operations, sourcing strategy, analytics, vendor management, and team development, shaping a scalable operating model aligned with Summit's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition in healthcare or multi-site organizations; process optimization and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for recruitment operations, sourcing strategy, analytics, and vendor management.
• Develop and implement an enterprise Talent Acquisition operating model and governance.
• Lead and develop the TA team, partner with HR and Hiring leaders to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
