We are a growth partner for over 100 of Germany's largest B2C brands, such as AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt, and Smilodox, and are currently looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition (m/f/d). As Head of Talent Acquisition (m/f/d), you will be responsible for our recruiting end to end, from the job ad to the signature. You will build the team that drives our growth and lead recruiting as if it were your own business.

Full responsibility for recruiting strategy, budget, and numbers Run and scale recruiting ads yourself (Meta and LinkedIn) Active sourcing via social media, job boards, and networks Conduct introductory calls, select candidates, and hire yourself Build talent pipelines, processes, and automations Work closely with the founders Prospect of building your own team

You have built or run your own agency You have already hired for your own team in this space Managed an ad budget of at least six figures Full stack: performance mindset, people skills, and sales skills in one person Strong communication skills and an excellent sense of people Full availability and the willingness to go the extra mile
