Job summary

Nymbus is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to design and run an AI-forward recruiting function. You will own the technology stack, metrics, and candidate experience while partnering with senior leaders across the company to hire for data engineering, product, and other strategic roles.

The role emphasizes speed with high-quality hiring, vendor management, and a human-centered approach to AI-powered recruiting in a remote, fast-growing SaaS environment.

Job description

Who you are

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 3+ years owning the Talent Management Strategy
• Prior experience owning AI-driven Talent Acquisition technology stack tools
• 5+ years of experience in technical, SaaS, fast-growing organizations or start-ups
• Proven experience working with technologies, processes, and systems across a Talent Acquisition landscape
• Global recruitment experience
• Technical fluency for Engineering and Product roles
• Hands‑on experience with AI recruiting tools and AI‑driven dashboards
• Experience with dashboard management and Executive Leadership team support
• Vendor and contractor management experience
• A bias for speed and ownership, with comfort building processes rather than just following them
• Strong judgment about when to move fast and when to slow down for quality
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently while driving cross-functional collaboration
• A human-centered approach, with the ability to embody an AI-powered philosophy across the People and Culture team and business
• Ability to navigate changing requirements and shifting priorities, make decisions without having the full picture, and investigate data anomalies and open questions without a clearly defined path
• Ability to build constructive relationships with technical and non-technical people inside and outside the organization, using diplomacy and tact with candidates and hiring managers

What the job involves

• As a key member of the People and Culture team, build an AI-forward, tech-centered recruiting function from the ground up. This is an individual-contributor, Director-level role with ownership of the technology stack, metrics, brand, and candidate experience
• Work directly with senior leaders across Nymbus to meet hiring needs in real time, bringing a technical recruiting background and an AI-native approach to talent acquisition
• Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional partners across all levels and departments. Focus on recruiting for data engineering, product, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a scalable, well-documented, effective Talent Management strategy
• Shape the future of talent acquisition at Nymbus, with executive visibility and ownership of the technology stack and brand
• Serve as clients’ dedicated technical point of contact for Talent Acquisition
• Own the Greenhouse applicant tracking system and the recruitment technology stack, including evaluation, selection, and ongoing management
• Own the video interview platform and AI-powered assessment tools
• Build, manage, and maintain the AI Talent Acquisition dashboard, hiring metrics, and reporting
• Manage vendors and contractors across the recruiting technology and services stack
• Design the candidate experience to extend seamlessly into the broader employee experience
• Represent the employer brand externally in close partnership with Marketing and Brand, and submit for industry awards in Tech, FinTech, and SaaS
• Partner with senior leaders across the business on full-cycle recruiting, focusing on technical and specialized roles
• Deliver a Talent Acquisition experience benchmarked against modern recruiting standards
• Contribute to Employee Value Proposition design
• Provide expert guidance and solutions on industry best practices and standards to the People and Culture team and internal stakeholders
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand their business and hiring needs
• Guide, coach, mentor, and support leaders through hiring and candidate selection, providing frameworks to identify technical and cultural fit
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and candidates
• Review, own, and map the candidate experience
• Review, maintain, and design the AI Talent Acquisition dashboard
• Provide frameworks for identifying candidate fit
• Continuously improve the candidate experience
