Job summary

Siemens Mobility, a global technology leader, seeks a Head of Project Management – Systems in Wendell, NC, a hybrid role guiding a team of System Managers and Project Managers. You will ensure delivery across complex systems projects by aligning PMO standards with factories, customers, and sales.

You will shape strategy, drive safety and quality, manage resources, and oversee financial performance to meet targets while upholding Siemens values and commitment to inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary project teams with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to drive project performance, budgeting, staffing, and risk management.
• Strong communication skills to align executive, sales, operations and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers and project managers across Systems projects.
• Coordinate execution with SI EA factories and PM@Siemens framework.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to meet revenue and cash targets.
• Manage contractual, commercial, and project risks and changes.
• Strengthen factory alignment with Wendell and Mexico operations.
• Drive quality, process excellence, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
