Ethos is seeking a Head of Sustainability to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks related to environmental workflows. You will craft and refine outputs from environmental data, ensuring accuracy for regulators and clients.

The role offers fully remote work with flexible hours (5–20+ per week) and starts ASAP. Prior experience in ecological research or regulatory contexts is essential for success in this advisory capacity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting environmental impact assessments, ecological surveys, or regulatory compliance monitoring in a consulting, government, or academic setting.
• Direct experience interpreting field and lab data such as species counts, water and soil chemistry, or emissions readings and translating it into technical reports for regulators or clients.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated environmental documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Translate field and lab data into technical reports for regulators or clients.
