Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.
• 2–5 years experience in Aerospace.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SAP) are essential.
• Aerospace spare parts industry experience and a strong understanding of the spare parts marketplace
• Understanding Spare parts pricing as it pertains to overall margins.
• Strong customer service focus, as well as excellent people and teamwork skills.
• Working knowledge of financial calculations
• Basic knowledge knowledge of aviation terminology
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to solve problems
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting

Responsibilities

• Lead Parts Logistics Margin Improvement Projects by gathering and analyzing data for project maintenance and publishing periodic reports.
• Act as a single point of contact between involved departments for assigned projects.
• Develop processes within the Pricing department related to value or market-based pricing and align them with SAP workflow.
• Establish a strategy to align parts pricing with market expectations.
• Coordinate with various internal departments on pricing initiatives.
• Identify, implement and enhance tools related to spare part pricing processes and ensure proper use.
• Quantify the financial and market impact of potential improvements.
• Review part lists ensuring spare part pricing reflects market value.
• Prepare communications/presentations related to pricing projects.
• Adhere to General Work Requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
