Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least five years of experience in student finance operations.
• Experience in applying FERPA laws in a college/university environment.
• Experience using financial aid software.
• Membership in CASFAA, WASFAA preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise campus Student Financial Aid Department.
• Ensure timely and accurate awarding, authorization, and disbursement of aid.
• Lead efforts to improve integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of aid delivery.
• Set goals for student finance and monitor attainment.
• Design staffing plans and policies for student finance.
• Assist Campus Director in hiring and training Financial Aid Advisors.
• Develop and implement student finance policies and reports.
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State laws.
