Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership in financial aid at associate director level or higher.
• Strong expertise in Title IV administration, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience managing financial aid audits, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees all Student Financial Planning operations.
• Develops departmental goals, service standards, performance metrics, and procedures.
• Supervises and trains SFP staff; conducts performance evaluations.
• Maintains policies, procedures and internal controls for compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Manages administration of all federal and state aid programs and Title IV compliance.
• Oversees eligibility determinations, packaging, and aid disbursement processes.
