Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage key aspects of assigned sponsored plans and to build strong relationships with existing clients.

You will serve as the primary contact, guiding clients through service and communication needs while collaborating with internal teams to support plan administration and profitability. You will contribute to client retention and process improvements, work with sales, recordkeeping, and operations, and help ensure plan alignment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services industry experience
• Customer service experience and skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent

In this role, you will manage key aspects of assigned sponsored plans while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will serve as a primary point of contact, helping clients navigate service and communication needs while partnering with internal teams to support successful plan administration. You will also contribute to client retention, process improvements, and efforts that support the overall profitability of the business.

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct contact with plan sponsors, other customers, and internal functional teams, including money in, money out, and technical services.
• Participate in relationship management efforts with plan sponsors and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to help ensure plan alignment.
• Contribute to product development and process improvement efforts.Resolve complex customer service and communication issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• ~3+ years of financial services industry experience.
• ~ Customer service experience and skills.
• ~ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
