Job summary

Gradian, an engineering-led thermal solutions provider in Minnesota, seeks a Director of Strategic Sourcing to build and lead a high-performing team supporting rapid hyperscale data center growth. You will develop sourcing strategies, governance, and supplier ecosystems aligned with product roadmaps and manufacturing needs.

You will own executive-level supplier relationships, drive pricing and contract negotiations, and mentor sourcing leaders to deliver cost competitiveness, supply continuity,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement leadership within manufacturing.
• Proven ability to scale sourcing organizations and talent.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead Gradian's Strategic Sourcing organization.
• Define and execute sourcing strategies for capacity, performance, and risk.
• Build and mentor a team of sourcing leaders.
• Manage executive-level supplier relationships and complex contracts.
• Align sourcing with engineering, operations, and manufacturing roadmaps.
• Establish governance, metrics, and processes for cost competitiveness and supply continuity.
