Job summary

Gradian, an engineering-led thermal solutions provider headquartered in Maple Grove, Minnesota, seeks a Director of NPI Sourcing to guide the global sourcing function during rapid growth in data center markets. You will partner with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and executive leadership to align sourcing with product roadmaps, drive cost optimization, and ensure launch readiness.

This leadership role offers a path to scale teams, implement KPIs, and deliver world-class supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in sourcing or procurement leadership with NPI ownership.
• Proven ability to build and scale sourcing processes and KPIs.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Quality.
• Track record of leading high-performing teams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the NPI Sourcing organization for rapid growth.
• Define vision, strategy, and operating model for NPI sourcing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, PM, Ops, and executives on strategy.
• Build a high-performing team and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Develop metrics on launch readiness, supplier performance, risk, and cost.
