Job summary

Gradian is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager-Air Handling to build and lead its strategic sourcing organization in support of rapid hyperscale data center growth. You will manage supplier ecosystems, negotiate major contracts, and partner with Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to align sourcing with product roadmaps and capacity needs.

• Proven leadership in strategic sourcing and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead Gradian's Strategic Sourcing organization with a high-performing team.
• Define and execute sourcing strategies to secure capacity and ensure supply continuity.
• Own executive-level supplier relationships and commercial negotiations.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and leadership to align sourcing with growth plans.
• Establish governance, metrics, and processes for cost competitiveness and risk management.
