Circle is a fully remote, global company building the world’s leading AI-powered platform for creators, coaches, educators and businesses. We seek a Director of Strategic Partnerships to shape strategy, grow partnerships, and drive measurable impact on revenue and brand.

You’ll translate company priorities into forward-looking plans, develop creator and strategic relationships, and build repeatable programs that scale beyond one-off projects while rotating leadership across teams for sustained

Qualifications

10+ years in building 6-7 figure strategic partnerships or creator programs.
Strong business development, pipeline management, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable partnership programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead partnerships strategy, roadmap, and investments aligned to company priorities.
Develop scalable programs: webinars, creator campaigns, launches, events.
Manage top creator and strategic relationships for growth and revenue.
Shape content strategy behind major partnerships and campaigns.
Build measurement frameworks for brand activities and investments.
Work with cross-functional teams to scale initiatives from incubation to repeatable programs.
Provide consultative support on content-forward initiatives.
