HTB is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the marketing department, aligning brand strategy and growth with the firm’s goals. You will set the annual and multi-year marketing plan, target industries and audiences, and measure outcomes in collaboration with firm leadership, including the COO and partners.

You will oversee paid, digital, social, content, email, and PR channels, manage the marketing budget, and mentor a team while driving hiring and internal communications initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or related field.
• 8+ years of marketing strategy experience with team leadership.
• Experience in professional services or public accounting is a plus.
