Personify Health, Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to guide a team of Strategic Account Executives and Account Managers. You will own portfolio performance across Fortune 500, national, and global clients, shaping renewal strategies and expansion opportunities.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to execute client plans, align pricing, and drive long-term partnerships while engaging at the executive level with CHROs and VPs of Total Rewards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 10+ years in population health, health plan growth or related field.
• 5+ years in a TPA, self-funded health plan, or benefits administration.
• 5+ years leading teams in a matrix organization without direct authority.
• Proven track record in account service and consultative selling.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and managed care products.
• Familiarity with regulatory issues affecting benefit plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Strategic Account Executives and Account Managers.
• Own portfolio performance across a book of business including Fortune 500, national, and global clients.
• Drive renewals and expansion through pricing and contract negotiations.
• Build client-specific strategies with Account Management to maximize satisfaction and ROI.
• Engage at executive level with CHROs and VPs of Total Rewards.
• Forecast revenue and risk with clear leading indicators.
• Align internal partners to deliver seamless service from strategy through delivery.
