Zara USA, Inc. in Walnut Creek seeks a Head of Store Operations to drive store performance and oversee daily operations, manage the team, organize tasks, and optimize stock flows to support sales and service goals. You will also ensure high-quality customer service and seamless omnichannel execution.

You will analyze KPIs, implement improvements, and lead initiatives with Commercial and GEOS teams while upholding safety standards and shrinkage control.

You are dynamic and operational with great ability to manage the team and organize tasks.
