Job summary

Talent BluePrint seeks a Stadiums Security Senior Manager to lead security planning across four stadiums for a major international football event in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with government and security providers to ensure safe, compliant operations across venues.

Responsibilities include developing security frameworks, mentoring teams, and driving readiness through exercises and pre-event planning in a high-pressure live-event environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security planning and operations across multiple venues.
• Background in major sporting events or large-scale live events.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across government and operational entities.
• Experience leading venue security teams and multi-site operations.
• Ability to develop and implement security frameworks, SOPs, and operational plans.
• Strong leadership capability in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security planning, coordination, and operational readiness across four assigned stadiums.
• Ensure alignment and integration of all venue security operations across planning, pre-event, and event-time phases.
• Oversee the development and implementation of consistent security standards and frameworks.
• Act as the central coordination point for stadium security activities across multiple sites.
• Ensure all stadium security operations meet regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal operations, venue management, accreditation, transport, and logistics.
• Coordinate with government authorities, law enforcement, and contracted security providers.
• Plan, implement, and maintain technical and physical security across venues.
• Develop, refine, and implement security policies, SOPs, and contingency plans.
• Maintain consistency of security procedures and readiness across venues.
• Monitor readiness levels and address gaps proactively.
• Provide leadership and direction to venue security teams across four stadiums.
• Mentor security personnel to ensure high performance and discipline.
• Manage multiple teams and venues in a high-pressure live-event environment.
• Drive readiness through workshops, simulations, and coordination exercises.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting structures across teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain risk management, incident preparedness, and escalation processes.
